CCO Holger J. Møller MD PhD

Holger Møller graduated in 1990 and worked for 3 yrs in the clinic (2 yrs rheumatology). He obtained his PhD in medicine in 1997 on a thesis on serum-markers of arthritis and became a medical specialist in laboratory medicine in 1999. In 2002 he was appointed as associate professor at Aarhus University and as consultant doctor at The Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Aarhus university Hospital, Denmark. He has published more than 55 articles in international scientific journals, including more than 30 articles covering clinical and methodological aspects related to the macrophage hemoglobin receptor CD163. He has held positions in the Scandinavian- and in the Danish Society for Clinical Biochemistry and has served on the Scientific Advisory Board of IQ Products, Groningen, The Netherlands.
